Shipments, Deliveries and Returns

Local Deliveries

 

Clubsparklers  is a Family run business and we want every customer to feel like family rather than a customer.  We deliver same day within a 50-mile radius from Fort Lauderdale if order was placed before 10am. Orders placed after 10am will be delivered next day. If your delivery is not within the radius please call us and we will make every effort to accommodate you as long as it is reasonable. If not we will be more than happy to ship your products to your venue.

If you are within the radius your delivery is free*.

*Minimum order 1 case (400) For free delivery

 

Shipments

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping Policy 

Express orders must be placed before 1pm(CST) to be ship the same day. Paid ground orders normally leaves our warehouse within 2 business days. All other orders (free shipping, USPS, etc...) normaly leaves our warehouse within 4 business days.

Orders will be shipped via major carrier like Fedex Ground, USPS or UPS. Each order will have a tracking number sent to your e-mail and a signature proof of delivery may be required to receive your package. 

Please note that our standard shipment are for working business days only, not including weekends. If you would like Saturday deliveries, please give us a call. There may be additional charges for Saturday deliveries. 

We are not responsible for any delays due to incomplete or incorrect address or any delays caused by our carrier. We are also not responsible for any delays due to weather (e.g. snow, tornadoes, road closures, etc...). For international shipments, we are not repsonsible for any delays due to customs, since it is out of our control.

Orders going out of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 


Our shipping carriers may attempt to delivery your packages for up to three (3) times. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the packages will be returned to the shipper. Once the packages are returned to us, whether through unsuccessful attempts, non-pickup at a holding facility, refusal or incorrect addresses, standard return policies will apply. Each shipping carrier's policies vary and may change without notice. For more information, please check the shipping carriers' website.

Returns

Return Policy 

If you would like to request a return, please notify us within 7days of receiving your order. Shipping fees paid on the order is not refundable. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Returns must be approved: Returnable items must be received by us within 20 days after approval. Returnable items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition (e.g. unopened and unused). Please use a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation for any return items to prevent any lost goods. Any signs of used products will not be approved for refunds and reshipment of products will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Non-returnable items include clearance items and single items. Please check our FAQ for more information. 

Please review contents of order immediately after receiving. If there are any issues/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention within 5 days of receiving so we can resolve the issue for you.

 Please allow the returns department up to 7 business days to proccess and inspect your return after receiving your items.

If you are not happy with your order and would like to return it please call us and let us know before you return products.  We will issue an RMA for your return so that your credit is applied correctly.  We will give you instructions on returns and where to send them to as some of our items do not qualify for returns so please call us before sending out your items.
